Do you only offer virtual?

Yes.  Whether you're at home or in another space where you feel at ease, virtual therapy allows you to get support without the need to travel.

Confidential sessions are offered by phone or  video platform, giving you the flexibility to connect in a way that works best for you from the comfort of your couch.

Where are you located?

Based in the Greater Toronto Area and Peel Region, I offer virtual psychotherapy  by phone and video to residents of Ontario.

Its from the comfort of your own home.

Are you a Psychotherapist?

Yes, I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, with Master's degrees in both Counselling Psychology (2005) and Social Work (2020) and have been in the field for 20+ years.

What is the cost?

The fee for one-hour individual sessions is $160.

You will receive an official Registered Social Worker (RSW) receipt including OCSWSSW registration number.  If you have insurance you can submit this to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Do you offer direct billing to insurance companies?

Direct billing is available through some companies (eg. Sun Life, TELUS Health, GreenShield) and select other insurance providers.

If you have questions about your coverage or would like to check whether direct billing is available through your plan, please feel free to reach out. I'm happy to help!
