I'm so glad you're here.  

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don't have to navigate it all on our own.  Whether you're experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout or simply feeling unlike yourself, therapy offers a supportive space to feel heard and understood.  

I'm a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience and have the privilege to walk along side others as they navigate life's challenges.   

You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or burned out- caught in patterns of overthinking, perfectionism, or people-pleasing.

You might be struggling with boundaries, self-worth, or a sense of direction, while navigating relationship challenges, parenting stress, life transitions, or grief.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself.

Its a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood, while working toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.

Therapy should feel comfortable, accessible and easy to fit it your life.  

Whether you're at home or in another space where you feel at ease, virtual therapy allows you to get support without the need to travel.

Confidential sessions are offered by phone or secure video platform (doxyme), giving you the flexibility to connect in a way that works best for you from the comfort of your couch. 

All you need is a quiet, comfortable private space where you can speak openly without interruptions or distractions.
