About Carolyn
Carolyn has been a providing counselling/ psychotherapy services for 20+ years. Her approach is client-centred recognizing the unique strengths and experiences of each individual as they embark on the therapeutic journey through personal healing and growth.
Carolyn brings with her extensive clinical experience in various mental health agencies, hospital setting & counselling services. She provides psychotherapy and is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with Master's degrees in both Counselling Psychology and Social Work.
She is passionate about providing services for University Students regarding mental health.
When Carolyn is not working, she loves camping or being in nature with her husband of 20+ years and three sons.

Areas of Focus
Carolyn specializes in working with adults struggling to manage anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, relationship issues, parenting, life transitions, and women's issues.
Treatment Approach
Carolyn's approach is client-centred using evidence based and informed approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, & Narrative Therapy.

Insurance Coverage
For Insurance purposes, upon payment an official Registered Social Worker (RSW) receipt with registration number will be provided which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Fees
The fee for one-hour sessions is $160 per session for individuals.
